♪Counting Every Blessing♪

Holy God,

Thank You. I woke up with a song. ♪Counting Every Blessing♪ That is exactly how I remember falling asleep. Counting every blessing of yesterday.

Father, thank You! While replaying negative events of the day, the apostle Paul’s teaching of Philippians 4:8 replaced my thoughts. Here/hear from The Message.

“Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious - the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.”

It’s such important practice Lord. ♪I am Counting Every Blessing, counting every blessing Surely every season You are good to me Oh-oh-ooh… (You are good to me)♪ Oh, You are Dearest Lord! You’re so good to us.

I ask You to be with me this day. Working in, by, through and for me. Doing all that I cannot on my own. Guide my thinking. Singing. Smiling. Staying my mind. And standing on Your Word of Truth and promises.

You are good Dear Lord. Great. Glorious. Gracious. Loving. Kind. I want to represent You well. Do all You must to that end.

I love You. I need, trust and want You. Thank You for Who You are. And all You do. Continue reminding me of the importance of ♪Counting Every Blessing, counting every blessing Letting go and trusting when I cannot see♪

Mm. Yes please Dearest God and Father. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
