love. And laughter.

Thursday, October 31, 2019 (4:03 a.m.)
“Boo!”

That’s what the husband just said. And I laughed. Thank You Lord.

Thank You for him. Thank You for us. Thank You for love. And laughter.

Father, there are more fires. It’s scary. And sad. This is where we turn to You.

You, the Holy One. You, the One to Whom I have been singing already this morning. Giving ♪thanks with a grateful heart… to the Holy One… thanks because [You’ve] given Jesus Christ, [Your] Son♪

Yes Father. We get to sing thanks to You. Proclaiming to all the strength and riches we have ♪Because of what the Lord has done for us♪

With joy and gratitude I look to You Father. Searching Your Word. And it just keeps getting better!

Thank You Father. Starting in The Message. 1 Peter 1:8. “You never saw Him, yet you love Him. You still don’t see Him, yet you trust Him - with laughter and singing.” What joy when we think about it.

In the midst of fear and uncertainty, You remain the same. You do not change in the wind. Or the circumstances. Thank You for Who and All You are Blessed God.

We have a familial medical emergency. Traffic and exhaustion surround loved ones. I lift them to You Dearest Lord. Empower and embolden them in leaning on and into You. Completely.

Amplified Bible tells us, “Though you have not seen Him, you love Him; and though you do not see Him now, you believe and trust in Him and you greatly rejoice and delight with inexpressible and glorious joy.” Oh yes Blessed God!

Reading up just one verse higher. “Theses trials are only to test your faith, to show that it is strong and pure. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold - and your faith is far more precious to God than mere gold. So if your faith remains strong after being tried by fiery trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.”

This I pray Blessed Father for those who most need You this day. You are good. You are near. For all who cry out to You.

Be the loving Lord You are. Blessing and keeping us in Your perfect plan. Thank You Father. I love You. Amen.
