Blessed God,

Thank You for surprises. Plans of doing one thing changed on the spur of the moment just because we could. Thank You Father.

Thank You for good, solid sleep. Truly I don't remember the last time I was this aware of having slept so well. Especially while it was happening!

Thank You for laughter Blessed God. Oh, yes. Thank You for joy. Thank You for the opportunity of sitting here, reading Your Word and thanking You.

Guide and direct me I pray. I have so many thoughts. Narrow them. Focus them. On You. Today is a brand new day filled with moments and occasions like no other. Embolden us in making excellent use of them.

Yes Father. Make this a day of excellence! You are outstanding and extremely good. You created us in Your image. Keep our hearts, our souls, our minds, our strength aware of the choices You would have us make.

Use us exactly as You intended us to be used. As conduits of Your love and forgiveness. Keep working in us that we will become more and more aware of living each precious moment for You. Joyfully. Filled with laughter.

Let our motto for this day be Psalm 126:3. “Yes, the LORD has done amazing things for us! What joy!” Yes Father, yes! No words describe us better. You HAVE done amazing things for us. What joy indeed!

Thank You. We praise You. We exalt You. We worship and adore You. Oh how we love You. Thank You. Amen.
