something plentiful

Wednesday, March 23, 2016 (6:22 a.m.)
Blessed God,

Thank You! Bless You. Praise You.

A lot was accomplished yesterday. An impromptu early birthday dinner was had. Complete with an individually crafted birthday cake. Squabbles were settled. Some much easier than others. And when time for hugs and kisses came about, they were genuine and plentiful.

You do this Father. You take our little bit of ability and grow it into something plentiful. Thank You Father. This is what I ask of You today. Take our hopes, our plans, our energies and grow them into the something plentiful You have waiting for us.

Again this morning I woke up singing Worthy is the Lamb who was slain Worthy is the King who conquered the grave Thank You Father. As I was finally able to track this chorus back to its song of origin, I wholeheartedly agree that indeed This IS Amazing Grace!

Quoting the Truth of this energizing song, Jesus came to break the power of sin and darkness. His love is mighty and so much stronger. He is the King of Glory, the King above all kings.

Talk about something plentiful! Life in and with, by, through and for You is exactly that!

Back to the song, Who shakes the whole earth with holy thunder And leaves us breathless in awe and wonder The King of Glory, the King above all kings This is amazing grace! This is unfailing love That You would take my place That You would bear my cross

To truly consider this Holy Week and all that You've done for me I am profoundly grateful. Thank You Father. Thank You Jesus. Thank You Holy Spirit. Be in and with us as we seek to bring You something holy and plentiful. We love You Lord. And how very much we thank You. Amen.
