Sleep. And singing.

 Tuesday, October 21, 2025 (4:28 a.m.)

Thank You God,

There was sleep. And singing.

♪… my Place In This World…♪

(5:07 a.m.)

There’s hope. With a twinge of joy.

Mm. Yes. Joy!

Father, thank You for just the right amount and quality of sleep that I could wake up feeling refreshed. Filled with hopefulness. Smiling. Eager. Willing.

“In Your presence there is fullness of joy” (Psalm 16:11).

“Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation and constant in prayer” (Romans 12:12).

(6:13 a.m.)

Thank You for this opportunity of being with You. In Your Word. Filled with so much hope. And joy.

My Life Is In You, Lord

My strength is in You, Lord

My hope is in You, Lord

In You, it’s in You♪

Getting to read again about joy being in the journey not the destination, thank You that we get to choose to be delighted in the experiences we have. Not only the outcomes.

Father, thank You truly for Your joy. Love. Hopefulness.

Do all You must that I will embrace this day. The one You have made (Psalm 118:24a). Rejoicing and being glad in it (v.24b).

Romans 15:13, The Message. “Oh! May the God of green hope fill you up with joy, fill you up with peace, so that your believing lives, filled with the life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope!”

Yes, please. Use me as only You know is best. I love, need, trust and want to worship, adore, glorify and enjoy You, Lord. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
