kindnesses

 ♪___ ___ ___ you I can go the distance♪

Wednesday, October 1, 2025 (4:54 a.m. PT)

Thank You Father,

You brought us safely home. After a delightful time away, I got to wake up singing in my own bed. Thank You.

Thank You for people who care. People who help others. With overhead luggage. Transportation. Directions. And kindness.

There was a delay in travel. A gate change. And people there to help. Thank You Father, for the kindnesses of others.

Father, thank You for the works You have been doing in my heart. My soul. My mind and strength all these years. Pointing out the things that need to be changed in me. And supplying all that’s needed to make those changes.

Lord God I love You dearly. I thank You for the peace that comes over me as I consider who You are. And all You do on our behalves.

Thank You for teaching us the futility of worry (Matthew 6:27, 34). And teaching us instead, the effectiveness of prayer (Philippians 4:6).

Yes, Lord. Thank You for Your Word. Filled with directions. Guidance. Truth. Promises. Thank You that by letting go of fear and worry, we can truly embrace the love You have for us.

That very same love that allows complete strangers to reach out and offer kindness to another. Thank You for teaching us to love You, others and ourselves with all we have, are, say and do (Mark 12:30-31).

I love, need, trust and want You Dearest God and Father. Do all You know is best in growing me into the woman You would have me be.

(5:57 a.m.)

Thank You indeed dear Lord.
