planets, constellations and stars, oh my!

 Sunday, October 5, 2025 (5:28 a.m.)

THANK YOU, Blessed God!

All these weeks (3 to be exact) later and the title final revealed itself. Katy Nichole’s ♪Hold On

(6:01 a.m.)

I talked with You about this yesterday. I don’t know when to hold on and when to let go. When is it that we stay in the fight? And how do we know when to change course.

Father, I love You. I need, trust and want You. You truly are the Captain of my being. Show me. Guide me. Direct me. Teach me.

I am experiencing a frustrating challenge in regards to home maintenance. I look to You. I am in over my head on not knowing the next step to take.

(7:32 a.m.)

ARGH! Frustrating inconveniences. Bad words. Grumble. Growl. And absolute praise to You.

Father, thank You for Your presence here in all that I don’t know what I am doing. Thank You for the opportunity to go out, lie down and look up at the stars, constellations and planets.

Yes, Lord. Thank You for the delight I find in looking up at Your sky. Thank You that You provide clues all around us of how magnificent You are.

(8:39 a.m.)

Use me as You know is best Dear Lord. I want to serve and represent You well. Do all You must in making me into the woman You would have me be. The one who “is clothed in strength and dignity, and laughs without fear of the future” (Proverbs 31:25).

♪Smoke clouds all around

Couldn’t see Your face

Darkness consumed me

Stuck in the bitterness

But I know there’s a light that’s waiting’ up ahead

So I’ll stay in the fight and look to the One who says

Hold on just a little bit longer

I know it’s gonna be okay

These days are gonna make you stronger

You’ll find purpose in the pain

Hold On just a little bit longer

Deep down there’s a well of faith

Let hope arise as you’re liftin’ up My name

And just hold on…

… Just wait ’til you see what’s at the end of the road

A new life is ready to unfold…♪

Thank You for the hope we have in You Dear Lord. Use it to grow me. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
