Saving Grace

Friday, September 4, 2015 (7:09 a.m.)
Most Dear and Holy God,

Thank You! You are still teaching us. To listen. Learn. And obey. Thank You that we get to turn to You over and over again.

Blessed God, You are our Saving Grace. You are Who encourages us to hope. Truly, ALL our hope is in You Lord.

Father, thank You that we are invited to come to You exactly as we are. Thank You that You send us Your Word [2 Kings 20:5] in the most unexpected places [“A Fruitful Life” daily calendar]. Thank You that Your Word continues speaking through the ages.

Reading (Isaiah 38) of King Hezekiah's recovery from near death I am again reminded that all our hope really is in You.

We have the resources of the medical field and technology, but it is in You that our life, strength and hope truly lie. Blessed God, thank You.

Work in each of us this day that Your Saving Grace will be seen, desired and emulated by those around us. We love You Father. Thank You. Amen.
