Your Presence, Lord

Blessed God,

There’s a LOT of personality in the house this weekend. Lord, I asked for it. And I’m GLAD to have the opportunity. Belatedly I’m asking, seeking, knocking (Matthew 7:7) YOUR presence here with us.

Mm, yes. ♪Your Presence, Lord There’s nothing worth more that could ever come close No thing can compare, You’re our living hope Holy Spirit You are welcome here Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere Your glory, God, is what our hearts long for To be overcome by Your presence Lord♪

YES! Your presence, Lord! Your leading. Your guiding.

“Blessed is she who has believed that the LORD would fulfill His promises to her” (Luke 1:45).

“You are blessed because you believed that the LORD would do what He said.”

This being true, I know for me to believe I must be able to see, hear and recognize You. Help me in this Dear Lord.

You ARE my Shepherd! And You provide my every need. You make [let] me lie down [rest] in green pastures [meadows] You lead me beside still waters [peaceful streams]. You restore [renew] my soul [strength]. You lead [guide] me in the paths of righteousness [along right paths] for Your name’s sake [bringing honor to Your name]

Yea though [Even when] I walk through the valley of the shadow of death [the darkest valley] I will fear no evil [not be afraid] for Thou art with me [close beside me] Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort [protect] me (Psalm 23:1-4)
