joy of the Lord

 Tuesday, February 4, 2025 (5:59 a.m.)

Holy, Holy God,

I am SO glad that Your joy is my strength (Nehemiah 8:10). I confess to not fully understanding what this means. I look forward to You teaching me more.

Physical safety

Emotional stability

Rebuilding

God’s power and great love

God empowered perseverance

Find confidence, hope and courage in God’s presence

We are loved, forgiven and empowered by God

Resilience

Endurance

Celebrate and rejoice in the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness

Know and serve Him

Face difficulties, overcome obstacles, persevere in faith through God’s joy

Cultivate a culture of joy and celebration

Encourage one another

Inspire growth

Psalm 16:11

Constant, unchanging, available to all who seek it

Soul anchoring

Deep-rooted, unshakeable source of strength in ALL circumstances

Seek God wholeheartedly

Be grateful

Surrender to God’s will

Trust His plans to be good

Serve others

Be a blessing

This all looks like a VERY tall order Lord. Thank You that it is Your joy that is my strength!

Use me exactly as You know is best. I love, need, trust and want You as absolute Lord of my life. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
