celebrating and being glad

 Sunday, July 20, 2025 (5:09 a.m.)

Holy God,

(5:34 a.m.)

Time to sit. Read. Reflect. Rejoice. Yes Father. Thank You for the opportunity of reading about rejoicing. Being festive. Welcoming each day with joy (Psalm 118:24).

I want to learn to do that Dearest Dad. Just as I am waking. Before even opening my eyes. I’m asking (Matthew 7:7) You to teach me the habit of truly rejoicing and being glad for waking up to a brand new day. Which You have made.

(6:02 a.m.)

Yes Blessed [happy] Father. I want to learn to wake up singing:

I Just Want to Celebrate another day of livin’

I just want to celebrate another day of life…♪

Yes Lord. I want to celebrate You! Your goodness. Your grace. Your glorious greatness (Psalm 145:5-8). Your faithful love that never ends. Your mercies that never cease (Lamentations 3:22) Your great faithfulness and mercies that fall afresh each morning (23).

Yes! Teach me Dearest God and Father to truly celebrate You and be glad in each glorious day that You have made. I love, need, trust and want You. Use me as You know is best. Celebrating and being glad. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
