Psalm 14

Presidential Election Tuesday, November 8, 2016 (7:35 a.m.)

Holy God,

You know the needs of this country. You are omniscient. All powerful. And so very much greater than all of the political candidates we currently have before us.

Father, You alone are good (Mark 10:18). Thank You for Your Truth. Thank You that You created the heaven and the earth (Genesis 1:1). Thank You that know the plans You have for us (Jeremiah 29:11).

You want us to seek You (Jeremiah 29:13-14) and Your kingdom (Matthew 6:33). Yes Father. Let it be that we would seek after You!

Today marks the end of a political campaign like no other. And will ultimately begin only You know what! This is where we come to You. Asking. Seeking. Knocking (Matthew 7:7). Wanting desperately that YOUR will be done!

You know Your plan Father. Put it in place!

I read Psalm 14 and then over in Romans (3:10-18) and truly look to You to bless us and keep us (Numbers 6:24-26). Do all You must. As only You know is best.

I love You Father. Thank You for all You are. Amen.
