seeking strength, power and peace

 Monday, June 2, 2025 (5:46 a.m.)

Blessed God,

Thank You that I can come to You anywhere. Any time. Always. Your invitation is, “Come.” Thank You.

Psalm 29:11

Ephesians 3:16

Thank You that as I came to Your Word wanting to know more of what You have for me, I found verses of strength. Thank You Father.

I am confessing fear of the unknown right now. My physical body feels off. Not bad. Different than I’m used to.

My natural instinct is to fear. Be afraid. Build mountains out of molehills. OR to ignore. Wait for symptoms to right themselves and pass.

Yes Father. I am confessing fear to You right now. Countering it with Your faithfulness. Trusting You to lead and guide me as You know is best.

“The LORD gives His people strength. The LORD blesses them with peace” (Psalm 29:11).

I didn’t realize it was Your strength that I am seeking. But it is. Physical, emotional, spiritual and even mental strength. Yes Lord. Bless me with Your strength and peace.

I am “ruling out the obvious” with a doctor’s appointment today. Go before me in every way necessary. Prepare Ye the way Lord.

(6:55 a.m.)

“Prepare the way for the LORD’s coming! Clear the road for Him!”

Father, thank You for speaking to me through Your Word. Matthew 3:1-3; Isaiah 40:3. Other people describing the Kingdom of Heaven as “places and times where God’s love and justice can be found.”

(7:49 a.m.)

Mm, yes Father. When I become afraid, I often forget the absolute Truth of Isaiah 40:28-31). “He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless… those who trust in the LORD will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint” (vs. 29, 31).

This I ask (Matthew 7:7a) of You Blessed God. Your strength. Your power. Your peace.

I pray part of the apostle Paul’s prayer “to strengthen the believers in Ephesus in their relationships with You and with each other” here for myself. That from Your glorious, unlimited resources You will empower me with inner strength through Your Spirit (Ephesians 3:16).

“Then Christ will make His home in your hearts as you trust in Him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to Him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen” (Ephesians 3:17-21).

Amen. Amen. Amen!

I love, need, trust and want You Dearest Lord. Do all You must in using me exactly as You know is best. Faithfully. Fearlessly. Yours. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
