DON’T STOP PRAYING

Saturday, June 21, 2025 (5:40 a.m.)

Blessed [Happy] God,

May I just say, “WOW!”?

It’s been awhile since I’ve been this excited. Ecstatic was used to describe me yesterday. Amazed and rejoicing. Eager to tell. Truly agog! You did this Lord. All of it.

♪What’s your impossible? Your “I need a miracle”

What’s got you barely hanging by a single thread?

What looks so hopeless now? What weighs your heart with doubt?

You beg for a breakthrough, but no sign of breakthrough yet

When you’ve cried, and you’ve cried ’til your tears run dry

The answer won’t come and you don’t know why

And you wonder if you can bow your head even one more time

Don’t stop praying

Don’t stop calling on Jesus’ name

Keep pounding on Heaven’s door

And let your knees wear out the floor

Don’t stop believing

‘Cause mountains move with just a little faith

And your Father’s heard every single word you’re saying♪

Loving Father,

I have spent very close to an entire year agonizing over what to do concerning a car purchase. Wanting to make the “right” decision. Fearful of making a mistake.

Thank You for taking charge. Start to finish. You replaced my fear with confidence. Genuine eager desire to tell all of what You accomplished for me.

Taking a handkerchief stitched with words from Numbers 6:24 started a heartfelt conversation about Your goodness. Your mercy. Your grace. You were there Father. In that room. Guiding it all.

Especially two days later, when I was sure I had chosen the wrong option. You stepped in. Guiding and directing me to ask (Matthew 7:7) for what I wanted.

You were there in the heart of another, willing to ask (Matthew 7:7) on behalf of someone else. Looking closely at all the details, I see how uniquely they’ve all come to pass. Thank You Father. Truly You’ve been at the center of this entire experience.

One step leading straight to the next. Teaching me to trust. You. Others. Myself. Thank You Dearest Dad. I don’t have to be afraid!

♪… True to who You are

You saw my heart

And made something out of nothing…

Make no mistake

He Knows My Name

Thank You Father for the ways You take control. Leading me to risk taking just one more step in Your direction. You are good. Gracious. Great. Glorious (Psalm 145:5-8). And I am truly grateful to be exploring each day with You.

Use me as You know is best. Trusting You to supply my every need. You truly are our very good Father who art heaven (Matthew 6:9). Continue teaching me to “not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring it’s own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today” (v. 34). And You’ve got this!

I love, need, trust and want You Dearest Dad. Do all You must that I continue being amazed, rejoicing and glad in You. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
