real, loving and kind

 Up and Up again♪

Wednesday, June 11, 2025 (2:56 a.m.)

Loving God,

As far as I’m concerned it is far too early to be up again.

I’m not yet ready to say, “Thank You” or “please” or any of the other niceties with which I like to come before You.

(3:54 a.m.)

And here it is. Almost a whole hour spent searching and reading about niceties and You. Thank You Father [finally!] for helping me learn more about the differences between being nice and being kind, loving and respectful.

(4:04 a.m.)

Here, reading the introduction to the book of Habakkuk in The Life Recovery Bible I recognize myself as even more blessed than when I started out with You much earlier. Thank You God. Thank You Father.

`Your prophet had doubts. And questions. Serious concerns about the rampantly running evil and injustices he witnessed in his day.

I am comforted to read “God responded to his honest questions about life. God wants us to come to Him with our questions and doubts. If we listen to God’s reply, we, like Habakkuk, can have our heart stirred to renewed trust and hope in God. Habakkuk realized that remembering past displays of God’s power would give him faith in God for future struggles. This is part of the value of sharing stories of deliverance with others. As we remember what God has done for us in recovery, we and others will be strengthened for the conflicts yet to come.”

Thank You Father. Genuinely. Sincerely. Wholeheartedly, thank You!

I want to be real with You. Myself. And others. So that in turn I will become loving and kind. Do all You must in teaching me and making me obedient to Your way of living.

♪Ask me how I know You’re gonna do it (You did it)

Every time a blessing’s coming to me (You’re in it)♪

I love, need, trust and want You Dearest Lord. Use me as You alone know is best. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
