Apprehension. Disappointment. Changed plans. Opportunity. Growls. Grumbles. Where’s the praise? And thanksgiving?
I want to be grateful Lord. “In all things give thanks” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

Thank You for this opportunity to read and reflect. To think and to feel. Yes. Thank You for Your Word that speaks Your Truth to our weary minds and souls.
Again sings the refrain from Sunday’s closing hymn.

Verily. So be it. It is true. Let it be so. Yes. Truly. Let Your Word speak volumes to my heart.
