accept and receive

Good morning Blessed God,

(5:27 a.m.)

Thank You for this past hour of sitting with You. Reading in Your Word. Wanting to find what it is You would have me take with me into the day.

“Accept and receive. Trust and believe.” The power of Your Spirit. Appreciate and boast about weakness.

All my searching this morning continues bringing me back to 2 Corinthians 12:9. And now 10 as well. Thank You Father.

Thank You that You know Your grace is sufficient for me. And Your power is made perfect in my weakness.

I make so many mistakes Lord. Draw incorrect conclusions. Assume things that are not true. Add up facts inaccurately. Thank You that You are so much bigger than the sum of all my faults!

Thank You that Your faithfulness is great and Your mercies begin afresh each morning (Lamentations 3:23). Your faithful love never ends. And Your mercies never cease (v. 22).

What’s my role in all this? ♪Come believe it Come receive it Oh, the power of His Spirit is now forever yours… In the mighty name of Jesus, all things are possible♪

Mm, yes! I get to sing and pray for healing. Changes in circumstances. Fleeing fear. Breakthroughs. Miracles. Revival. Restoration. ♪I pray the dead will come alive In Jesus Name♪

And where do we begin? By trusting You to be the good, good God You are. Believing You will do all You say You’ll do. Accepting and receiving Your Truth. And the freedom (John 8:32) and the power and strength that come directly from You (Ephesians 6:10).

Use me Blessed God. Exactly as You alone know is best. Loving as You would have me love. You. Others. Myself. Wholeheartedly. Soulfully. Mindfully. Energetically (Mark 12:30-31).

Do all You must Dearest God. To Your good and perfect end. I love, need, trust and want You. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
