Awesome God,
You bless us. You keep us. You make Your face shine above upon us [and are gracious to us]. You turn Your face towards us. You smile! And You give us peace (Numbers 6:24-26) Thank You that You do.
Thank You for the decades You have been calling me to meet with You. Thank You for the opportunity. The privilege.
Found on the internet just now. “Nothing restores our souls like the smile of God upon us!” (Bill Gaultiere). Thank You for the words of others that resemble my experience with You.
(5:18 a.m.)
What a lovely experience. Sitting here. Reading another’s thoughts. So similar to my own.
Thank You Father for leading me to where You want me. Singing. Smiling. Standing firmly and staying my mind on You.
Psalm 80. Verses 3, 7 and 19 especially.

Thank You for this opportunity of coming once again to our dear neighbor’s vantage point. The sounds of birds nearby. With trains and traffic in the distance. Nothing spectacular about the view. But beautiful nonetheless. Thank You Father.
(6:32 a.m.)
Thank You for the privilege of being back inside. And twenty degrees warmer.
Father, I ask You (Matthew 7:7a) to use me exactly as You know is best. Smiling as I go throughout the day. Knowing, trusting and believing that I am here to glorify and enjoy You forever.
I want that enjoyment to be evident in my dealings with others. I love, need, trust and want You as absolute Leader of my heart, soul, mind and strength (Mark 12:30). Teach me to love You, others and myself (31) as You so perfectly designed.
Do all You must. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
