practicing self-grace

 Wednesday, November 12, 2025 (5:27 a.m.)

Awesome God,

Thank You that when I’m feeling out of sorts I can still come to You. Without fear of judgment.

Looking to see what others have to say about these feelings of blah-fulness I am smiling again. On my face and deep inside. Thank You Father.

I just read about the importance of getting curious instead of judgmental. Yes please. I like being curious. I even started singing in response to the whole idea.

♪Let’s get curious, curious

I wanna get curious

Let’s get into curious♪

(7:28 a.m.)

Compassion over criticism. Grace over guilt. Softness instead of shame. Good phrases to become familiar with.

Father, teach me to accept myself. Exactly as I am. The way You created me to be.

Embolden and empower me to live each day rejoicing and being glad (Psalm 118:24). Yes! Low energy or high, I want to rejoice and be glad!

Yes. Do all You must. I love, need, trust and want to worship, adore, glorify and enjoy You Dearest Dad. Make it so I pray. Yes. Make it so.

Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
