Blessed God and Father,
I just heard the phrases: “The breath of life.” Pure awareness. Mind chatter. Simple but not easy. “Awareness is curative.” The essential me. Non-duality. Plant seeds of goodness wherever you go. Effecting. “Not knowing is the magic of the moment.” Acknowledge thoughts, don’t interact with them. Inspiration
