Holy God,
Thank You for songs to sing. Scriptures to search. Mistakes to make. And smiles that turn into laughter.
Yes Lord. I’ve done all these before 6:00 a.m. Thank You Father.
Thank You for the work You continue doing in, with, by, through and for me Lord. I appreciate You. And am grateful for the changes You are making.
(6:10 a.m.)
Mm. “For God is working in you, giving you the desire to obey Him and the power to do what pleases Him" (Philippians 2:13). So many variations of this one verse. Thank You Lord.
Father, thank You for the many ways You speak to and work through each of us every day. Keep me close to You. To Your will and to Your way.
I love You. I need, trust and want You Dad. You bless me with Your presence. Do all You must in making me into the woman You would have me be. Not my perspective, but Yours.
The apostle Paul prayed for and encouraged the Philippian believers by reminding them that it was You at work in them. Chapter one, verse six. “And I am sure that God, who began the good work within you will continue His work until it is finally finished on that day when Christ Jesus comes back again.”
Thank You for continuing to teach me, Lord. I’m learning the Season of Advent is related to this expected second coming. As well as to His birth.
Use me as You know is best. I want to glorify and enjoy You. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
