fragments

 Saturday, June 27, 2026 (4:11 a.m.)

Thank You, Lord.

So far I’ve been grateful. Singing [♪This Is The Day…♪]. Thinking. Thanking. More singing [♪This Little Light of Mine…♪]. And smiling. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You God.

A routine is developing here. Joy is becoming more noticeable. Delight over the simplest things has been, well, delightful.

(4:32 a.m.)

You provided me huge senses of satisfaction yesterday. A long neglected  and overgrown section of the yard was finally targeted. With hope. Determination. And ultimately, success. Thank You Lord.

Thank You for the baby steps that were involved. All the behind the scenes scenarios You put into place. The coolish weather was perfect. As were the degree of energy and time availability to match the task. I want to not take even these basic variables for granted.

There were a lot of ideas. Potential plans. And a sense of Your presence throughout the entire endeavor. Again, thank You God.

(4:43 a.m.)

Father God, thank You for reminding me just now that I had prayed 1 and 2 Corinthians 13:13 for myself yesterday. Before moving on in Your Word from here, I want very much to do that again.

“Three things will last forever - faith, hope, and love - and the greatest of these is love” (1 Corinthians 13:13).

“May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all” (2 Corinthians 13:13).

(4:58 a.m.)

Getting to explore Your Word with You, I find my smile automatic. Deep. Genuine. Thank You, God.

Reading in The Life Recovery Bible I am reminded of the importance of our dependence on You. Having woken with the word “increments” in regards to my sleeping patterns, it changed to “installments” by the time I sat down with You.

Delving into their meanings, “fragments” became the choice I searched in Your Word.  Directed to John 6:12-13 and Ephesians 1:10, I find myself in equal parts AGOG [excited and eager to tell] and serene [peaceful and content].

This is ALL You God. You take my fragments. All the parts and leftover pieces and gather them up so nothing is wasted (John 6:12). Thank You that You know Your plan for me (Jeremiah 29:11a). And for providing me the willingness to trust it. And You.

(5:56 a.m.)

Yes, Father. I trust You! It’s not up to me to understand (Proverbs 3:5b). I am to trust You with all my heart (v. 5a). To seek Your will in all I do (6a). And You will direct my path (6b).

Do all You must Blessed God that I live this day [which You have made (Psalm 118:24a)] rejoicing and being glad in it (v. 24b). I love, need, trust and want You Dearest Lord. Use me exactly as You know is best. Knowing, trusting and believing that I truly am ♪Perfectly Loved♪ Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
