Blessed God,
Good very early morning. I am not yet ready to be awake. To pray. To sing. Or smile.
Oh, but I just did. Thank You.
Yes Father. Thank You for what You’ve been teaching me about the power of a smile.
Proverbs 15:13 says, “A glad heart makes a cheerful face.” It’s been my experience that the opposite is true as well. Noticing a smile [either my own or someone else’s] makes my heart glad.
And this Truth takes me over to Proverbs 17:22. “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”

Thank You for the time taken to watch and participate with New Hope Oahu’s Saturday worship service. Songs of deliverance. Messages of hope and forgiveness. Empower me in using them well.
I love, need, trust and want You Lord. Keep reminding me of Your presence that comes to mind with every smile I experience. Use me as You know is best. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
