Plot. Plan. Praise!

 Tuesday, January 13, 2026 (5:18 a.m.)

Awesome, Blessed God,

I’m so excited! (And I just can’t hide it! ;). I woke up [which means I SLEPT!] singing. I was uncertain of the lyrics, but I knew the title. One line. AND the chorus.

♪I PRAISE

‘Cause praise is the water

My enemies drown in

Let everything

That has breath

Praise the Lord

Praise the Lord♪

(Psalm 150:6)

(6:03 a.m.)

Mm, yes. Praise the Lord!

(6:21 a.m.)

This “everything that has breath” command has taken on a trail of its own this morning. Following it to the Latin phrase Dum Spiro Spero [while I breathe, I hope]. Mm, yes please Father. Teach me this fine art of hoping.

Learning to inhale hope while exhaling fear would be incredible. How I ask You to make me proficient in this quest.

(6:41 a.m.)

Waking with great intention hasn’t happened for me in awhile. Thank You truly for the desire to get up and get going. To be eager and excited [agog] about a brand new morning.

Yesterday I recognized kindness in others. A genuine willingness to be helpful. To do a little extra. Complete with an unexpected hug from a Ford service writer to boot. I want others to recognize You in me.

Do all You must Dearest Dad that I will worship, adore, glorify and enjoy You throughout this day. The one You have made (Psalm 118:24a). That I will truly rejoice and be glad in it (24b).

I love, need, trust and want You Lord. Use me as You alone know is best. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.

(265 words ~ 6:51 a.m.)
