Holy God,

Good morning. How I love You. How I thank You Lord.

You provide. You do! Take this very moment for example.

Prior to thanking You my mind was on other things. Just searching Your Word to consider all You provide for us completely changed my focus.

Jesus told His followers, “What I’m trying to do is get you to relax, not be so preoccupied with getting so you can respond to God’s giving. People who don’t know God and the way He works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how He works. Steep yourself in God-realty, God-initiative, God-provisions. You’ll find all your everyday human concerns will be met. Don’t be afraid of missing out. You’re my dearest friends! The Father wants to give you the very kingdom itself” (Luke 12:29-32; The Message).

The mere thought of steeping myself in Your reality, initiative and provisions warms my heart. Strengthens my being.

Thank You Father that You truly do supply for our every need. Use me as You know is best.

I love You. I long to serve You. And I thank You Lord. How I wholeheartedly thank You Father. Amen.
