"God of Hope"

 Saturday, September 6, 2025 (4:50 a.m.)

God of Hope,

Thank You!

I said the phrase MANY times yesterday. Inviting You in. At nearly every turn. “God of Hope…”

Interesting how I’ve been aware of Romans 15:13 for several years. Yet it took on brand new meaning as I sat here with You just 24 hours ago.

Blessed [happy] Father, You’ve been changing me. So much for the better. Forgive my initial resistance. Reluctance. Downright refusal.

Thank You for allowing me the time to growl, grumble and grow. Yes Dad, I am experiencing growth in this struggle. Thank You. It’s You, all You, helping me make the changes necessary for whatever it is You have coming next for me.

♪Lord of all creation

Lord of water, earth and sky

The heavens are Your Tabernacle

Glory to the Lord on high

And God of Wonders beyond our galaxy

You are holy, holy

The universe declares Your majesty

You are holy, holy

Lord of heaven and earth…

So early in the morning

I will celebrate the light

As I stumble in the darkness

I will call Your name by night♪

I have been stumbling in the darkness these past many weeks. Thank You for never leaving me completely alone.

♪Hallelujah! To the Lord of heaven and earth

Hallelujah! To the Lord of heaven and earth♪

Mm, yes, blessed Father God. Hallelujah to You.

Thank You for reminding and empowering me to “give thanks in all things” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

Praise God

Give thanks to the Father

For all that you say and do

Well, amen, amen

Sing glory, Hallelujah!

Christ, the Lord, is risen for you♪

Use me. Exactly as You know is best. I love, need, trust and want to know You as my absolute God of hope. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
