Absolute blessings!

Blessed, Holy God,

Thank You. So many advantages. Bonuses. Godsends. Mm, yes Father. Thank You for all the blessings You provide.

♪Counting Every Blessing… counting every blessing Surely every season You are good to me♪

“Cambridge Dictionary tells us that to count your blessings is ‘to be grateful for the good things in your life, often to stop yourself becoming too unhappy about the bad things’” (no2paths).

Isn’t this what the apostle Paul encouraged the believers in Philippi to do? The Life Recovery Bible introduction to the book of Philippians tells us, ”Paul wrote this letter to thank the Philippians and to challenge them to remain true to Christ and joyful in their circumstances. Wholeness of life, he reminded them, does not come from material things or pleasant circumstances. Genuine joy, meaning and satisfaction come as we follow Christ and help others to grow spiritually.”
