Holy God,

There was a song much earlier. Yeah. There it is. ♪What A Beautiful Name it is… The name of Jesus Christ my King♪

Mm. Thank You for the reminder Lord. ♪You have no rival, You have no equal Now and forever, God, You reign Yours is the Kingdom, Yours is the glory, Yours is the name above all names…♪

Yes! Beautiful. Wonderful. Powerful. Thank You Jesus.

And thank You that as I was checking my church notes from yesterday I saw the star by the song I wanted most to remember. ♪… So Will I♪

Holy God, how I long to be the faithful follower that would truly: worship; like the stars. And sing Your praises, reveal Your nature and obey; like all of creation. Bow in reverence; like the mountains. And roar Your greatness; like the oceans. Lift You high; like everything that exists. And go where You send; like the wind. Cry out in silence; like the rocks. And sing again a hundred billion times that You are God of: creation, Your promise, Salvation

An interrupting phone call followed by TOO many ‘how to make a mask’ videos and now I’m looking up the words to the first song that gave me tears yesterday.

There are protests going on. People not wanting to be told what to do. Differing opinions. Left hands, right hands, opposing sides. Lord God, how I pray Your will. Your way. You know what is best in all of this. Do as You alone know is necessary.

Father, we love You. We long to serve You. Glorify and enjoy You. Even as we “stay safer at home,” use us Lord.
