Holy God,
Thank You.
I like very much when I wake up thanking and praising Your holy name. Yes Father. Thank You for all You do on our behalves.
You work in us. With us. By, through and for us. And we are truly so very grateful. Blessed God, thank You!
Psalm 33 begins by instructing us. “Let the godly sing with joy to the LORD, for it is fitting to praise Him” (v. 1). Yes! Sing with joy and praise to You. Oh that we would. Readily. Freely. Genuinely. Yes, Lord!
The Life Recovery Bible comment tells us, “33:1-11 Such a powerful God is worthy of our trust and praise. The God who spoke the universe into existence is able to re-create us, and He is filled with tender love for us. He can heal us of the defects that have brought such destruction to us and the people we love. All He asks is that we turn our life over to Him so He can work these changes in us.” Oh yes. Hallelujah Jesus!
The entire psalm speaks of the blessings You provide. Your strength. Your power. Your plan. Praise You Father.
Summing it all up are verses 20-22. “We depend on the LORD alone to save us. [Right here, the music starts singing to my soul ♪All our hope is in You Lord♪] Only He can help us, protecting us like a shield. In Him our hearts rejoice, for we are trusting His holy name.”
Oh yes most blessed God! “Let Your unfailing love surround us LORD, for our hope is in You alone.” Yes. Yes. Yes! ♪In You Lord. It’s in You♪
Use us this day Dearest God. Exactly as You know is best. Praising and trusting Your most holy name.
We love You Father. Thank You. Amen.
