And...

 Wednesday, January 8, 2025 (6:12 a.m.)

Anaheim, CA

Father,

Thank You!

Thank You for new adventures. And patience. And mistakes. And experience. And attempts. And the kindness of others.

There is no end to the thank You’s You deserve. Not only for the grand and glorious things You provide.

Speaking of grand and glorious takes me to Moses seeing Your glory (Exodus 33:12-23). He asked to experience more of Your comforting presence and to see Your glory.

Reading The Life Recovery Bible comment for this section I am grateful for being reminded of the importance of seeing You more clearly. It’s in being aware of Your glory “we are better able to understand our own strengths and limitations.”

Lord, thank You for calling us to know You better and to experience Your presence in our lives. It’s in Your glorious light that all else pales in comparison.

I want to be guided by Your goodness and Truth. Actively choosing to follow Your teachings and principles. Allowing Your love and grace to shine through my actions and decisions.

Do all You must Dear Lord that I will represent and reflect You well. When it comes to recounting all the “and”s today will hold, I ask (Matthew 7:7) to be guided by and obedient to the leading of Your Holy Spirit.

I love, need, trust and want You. Use me as You know is best. Thank You. Praise You. Amen.
