It does! It did!
I heard myself think it through the tears of a breaking heart last night. A relatively young man seriously missed his parents. While his brother questioned the surrounding circumstances.

Father, we thank You for this time of reconnection. Us with them. Their parents with one another. Time to be apart with anticipation of being reunited.
Lord, thank You for being here during the hiccups. The questions. Doubts. Dilemmas. And ultimately the joy and laughter.
We’ve definitely had our unsavory moments. Thoughts of and reaches out to You have kept us fairly even-keeled. How we thank and praise You Lord!
