Awesome God,
Thank You! You are good. Holy.
Awesome. And I am TRULY thankful! You provide us with the hope we
need to face every day.
As I sit here, seeking You, perhaps I
need to take a moment and be still. Instead of trying to give words
to all I am thinking and feeling, let me truly “be still and know”
(Psalm 46:10a) that You are God.

An entire hour later and I have yet
to even tap the surface of all I want to say to You. There is
thankfulness deep in my heart that wants to come out. Contentment.
Joy so quiet it might never be discerned as such.
Father, You know my heart. My needs.
My desires.
